1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HomyFlow platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. HomyFlow provides AI-driven website generation and professional portfolio management services.

2. AI-Generated Content & Responsibility

HomyFlow utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence models to generate website layouts, code, and designs. You, the user, retain full ownership of the websites you generate. However, you are solely responsible for the legal compliance, accuracy, and appropriateness of the content published on those websites. You agree not to use our AI tools to create illegal, harmful, defamatory, or explicitly offensive material.

3. Export Rights & Premium Features

The ability to export source code (downloading your generated HTML, CSS, and related assets) is a premium feature strictly locked to the Unlimited subscription tier. Free and Starter plan users do not have the rights or technical access to export the raw source code of the sites generated on our platform.

4. Fair Use Policy

To ensure platform stability and prevent abuse, HomyFlow enforces strict project caps. The Free tier is strictly limited to a maximum of 2 projects per account. Attempting to bypass these limits using automated tools, scripts, or multiple accounts is a direct violation of our terms and may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely via our cryptocurrency payment gateway, Cryptomus. Because of the decentralized and irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all subscriptions and payments are strictly non-refundable once activated. By initiating a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Modifications to Service

HomyFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service—temporarily or permanently—at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the platform.
